Welcome to ColorPage AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at colorpageai.art (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

ColorPage AI is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate custom black and white coloring pages for children. Users can input text prompts describing themes, characters, or scenes, and our AI will generate unique printable coloring pages based on those prompts.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan allows users to generate up to 5 coloring pages per day. Paid plans (Premium and Pro) offer additional features such as unlimited generation, higher image quality, and no watermarks.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• •Generate coloring pages containing inappropriate, offensive, violent, or explicit content
• •Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or AI models
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without our permission
• •Share, sell, or transfer your account to another party
• •Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. All generated content is monitored for safety and appropriateness.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by ColorPage AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Coloring pages generated through our Service may be used for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You may print, download, and share generated coloring pages for personal use. However, you may NOT:

• •Sell generated coloring pages for commercial profit
• •Claim ownership of the AI-generated artwork
• •Use generated content to create competing coloring book products
• •Remove watermarks or attributions from generated images (on free plans)

Users on Premium and Pro plans may use generated coloring pages for small-scale educational and classroom use. For large-scale commercial licensing, please contact us at hello@colorpage.ai.

We offer the following subscription plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price increase.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

• •The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times
• •AI-generated coloring pages will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• •The quality of generated images will be consistent across all prompts
• •Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected immediately

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, incomplete, or unsatisfactory results. This is an inherent limitation of AI technology, and we cannot guarantee specific output quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorPage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• •Loss of profits, data, or use of the Service
• •Damages from inability to use the Service
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• •Content generated by AI that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

We collect email addresses, usage data, and generated content history to provide and improve our Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your generated coloring page history will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the safety of other users or our Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international e-commerce laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You and ColorPage AI agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
